Grimbergen, Belgium, company number BE 0477.923.673 ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar trackingtechnologies on the website used to browse and book The Oracle workshops and experiences (the "Oracle Website"). This Cookie Policy supplements and forms an integral part of the Voodoo Village Privacy Policy (last version 27/01/2026), available at www.voodoovillage.be. Sections 1 and 2 below reproduce Sections 4 ("Cookies") and 5 ("Tracking tools") of the Voodoo Village Privacy Policy, which apply equally and in full to the Oracle Website. Section 3 sets out the marketing cookies used specifically on the Oracle Website. For all matters not addressed here, including your general data protection rights, the Voodoo Village Privacy Policy continues to apply.
Cookies
When you access the Oracle Website, we collect information using cookies and tracking tools. Tracking Tools
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google BuildingGordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland or Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, MountainView, CA 94043-1351, USA. Google Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of the use of the OracleWebsite, such as cookies. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in theUSA and shortened there. In these cases, we ensure that Google complies with a sufficient level of dataprotection by means of contractual guarantees, in particular by agreeing to the EU standard contractualclauses and additional measures.The information is used to evaluate the use of the Oracle Website, to compile reports on website activitiesand to provide other services associated with website and internet use for the purposes of market researchand demand-oriented design of the Oracle Website.Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such thirdparties process the information on Google's behalf. According to Google, under no circumstances will the IPaddress be associated with other data relating to the user.The legal basis for processing the data for the above purposes is your consent, which you give us by usingthe cookie banner, in terms of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Marketing cookies
In addition to the cookies and tracking tools described above, which apply to the Oracle Website in the sameway as to the main Voodoo Website, the Oracle Website also uses marketing cookies to show you relevantadvertising about the Festival and The Oracle, both on the Oracle Website and on other websites and socialmedia platforms, and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. These cookies may track yourbrowsing behaviour across websites and, where you are logged in to a social network, may be linked to yourprofile on that network: Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Pixel, and/or Google Ads remarketing tags,provided respectively by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, TikTok Technology Limited, and Google IrelandLimited.These cookies are placed only with your explicit consent, given via the cookie banner, within the meaning ofArt. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. If you do not consent, no marketing cookies will be placed and you will not beshown personalised advertising based on your visit to the Oracle Website (you may still see generic, non-personalised advertising).
