Andreas, founder of Beatflow, didn't set out to create a sober rave — his goal was to understand the human body, and that's exactly what led him here.

In 2013, Andreas qualified as a physiotherapist, building a career grounded in the science of movement, healing, and tension — and a close, clinical understanding of how the body regulates stress. In 2020, a vipassana meditation practice reshaped his thinking: as an atheist with a scientific mindset, he found in it a secular, evidence-based method for observing the mind, and the idea that presence is a physical skill, trainable through movement as much as stillness.

Long before physiotherapy, Andreas trained at a dance academy in Norway. That grounding resurfaced later as a self-taught DJ practice, where he learned to move people through sound the way he'd learned to move bodies through rehab. He later formalized this with certifications in Yin Yoga (ADM,…
