Katrien is a Belgium-based yoga teacher and scientist with a global footprint. Teaching since 2016, she has accumulated trainings in Thailand, India, and Europe. Combined with her scientific background and PhD in Biomedical sciences, Katrien brings clarity and precision to her classes. She blends deep body knowledge with a playful, accessible approach to yoga and movement. For years, Katrien has been weaving together her two passions: understanding the human body and guiding people into it through movement, breath, and awareness. She gets incredibly excited about sharing her knowledge and love for yoga and anatomy during (inter)national workshops, teacher trainings and festivals. On Voodoo Village, she looks forward to take you on a journey throughout your energetic body. Getting to know, feel, experience the chakras in a way you haven’t discovered or approached them before!
