With a background spanning Acupressure, Yoga, and Cognitive & Somatic Therapies, Charlotte has built a practice that bridges ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. As a Frequency Designer, she crafts immersive soundscapes using the Handpan, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Gong, each session carefully composed to guide the nervous system toward deep rest and realignment.
