This is not a meditation class. It is not a workout. It is an hour of guided breathing that takes you further inward than most things will using nothing but the rhythm of your own breath, music, and a space full of people willing to go there with you.

We guide you through a deep, continuous breathing journey. The kind that dissolves tension, moves emotion, and opens up states of awareness that are difficult to reach any other way. There is no experience needed, no preparation required. Just a willingness and openness to breathe, follow and to be curious towards yourself.
